Asphalt system (1) comprises a drying drum (2), a burner (6), a waste gas outlet (9), a drum exhaust pipe (10), a drum suction flap (12), a mixing tower (8), a mixing tower exhaust pipe (16), a mixing tower suction flap (18), a filter device (22), a ventilator (24), and a first and a second pressure sensor (30, 33). A first control circuit is formed by the first pressure sensor and the drum suction flap in which a control device (32) controls the drum suction flap according to a first underpressure measurement signal (p1). A second control circuit is formed by the second pressure sensor and the mixing tower suction flap in which the control device controls the mixing tower suction flap according to a second underpressure measurement signal (p2). An independent claim is also included for a process for dedusting an asphalt system.
