摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrode sub-active material for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery that has a high battery characteristic, especially a high over-discharging characteristic, a high cycle characteristic, a high temperature characteristic, a high output characteristic, and the like, and also has small swelling of the battery. <P>SOLUTION: The positive electrode sub-active material for the non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery has lithium transition metal composite oxide of at least a spinel structure.
