<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power module whose temperature control is easy. <P>SOLUTION: The electric power conversion apparatus includes a switching circuit 130 which is connected between first external input terminals 130a, 130b and first external output terminals 130c, 130d and converts a direct current voltage applied to the first external input terminals 130a, 130b to an alternating current voltage, a rectifier circuit 140 which is connected between second external input terminals 140a, 140b and second external output terminals 150c and converts an alternating current voltage applied to the second external input terminals 140a, 140b to a direct current voltage, and a temperature sensor 176 which can detect the heat generated from the switching circuit 130 and rectifier circuit 140. Thus, as the switching circuit which generates the most heat among the circuit elements belonging to the primary side and the rectifier circuit witch generates the most heat among the circuit elements belonging to the secondary side are modularized, the temperature control can be easily carried out compared with the prior. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
