PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation test method of a deteriorated battery capable of utilizing effectively a reproducible cell by determining individually the quality of each cell in the deteriorated battery. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a discharge circuit 12 for discharging a constant discharge current I from a battery B, a scanner circuit 13 for scanning the terminal voltage Vi(i=1-n) of each cell Bi(i=1-n) of the battery B under discharge, and a control unit 11 for collecting in time series data of the voltage Vbi=Vi-Vi-1 of each cell Bi.
