摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detector for acquiring focusing information by which the true value of a spread parameter can easily be obtained and which is high in procrssing speed and low in cost, and to provide an imaging apparatus using the detector. SOLUTION: The luminance information of crresponding areas in at least two images among a plurality of images different in blur formed with light passing through at least a part of an optical system (a focusing lens 14, a quick return mirror 18, a sub-mirror 24 and a transmission type mirror 32) for imaging the light from an object onto a presumptive focusing face located in a predetermined position is acquired by a first sensor 34 for acquiring luminance information and a second sensor 36 for acquiring luminance information. In this case, when the sensors 34 and 36 and equivalent presumptive focusing faces 30-1 and 30-2 are arranged in order of optical path length onto the same optical axis, which is defined by the optical system, with the object as a base point so as to be optically equivalent, the equivalent presumptive focusing faces are located at the edge of either one of the sensors 34 and 36.
