PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output information which a user thinks necessary and sufficient, even when video images of television broadcasting are not displayed in a broadcast receiving set. SOLUTION: When a vehicle changes from a stationary state to a running state, a running/stationary signal of "0" is output from a running state detection unit 24 to a control unit 1. Then, the control unit 1 directs a receiving radio channel selecting portion 9 to select a channel of a frequency for information on a destination of linkage comprised in service information acquired by a service information acquisition portion 7, and outputs an image changeover signal of "0" to an image selecting portion 12. Then a video signal from a television image reproduction portion 5 is prevented from being output to an image display portion 11. The control unit 1 outputs a voice changeover signal of "0" to a voice selecting portion 14, when a running/stop signal of "0" is inputted.
