PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice information delivery apparatus capable of improving the identity of voice information and the comfortableness. SOLUTION: The voice information transmission apparatus 1 transmits voice information to a human body and is provided with: a microphone 2 for inputting external voice; a voice amplifier section 4 for amplifying the input voice signal; a carrier signal generating section 6 for generating a carrier signal; a carrier suppression modulation section 8 for applying carrier suppression modulation to the voice signal by using the carrier signal to produce a carrier suppression signal resulting from eliminating the carrier component from the voice signal; an output amplifier section 10 for amplifying the carrier suppression signal; and a vibrator 12 for transmitting mechanical vibration on the basis of the amplified carrier suppression signal.
