PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator circuit, etc. capable of outputting signals at a high frequency accuracy. SOLUTION: The oscillator circuit 1 comprises a crystal oscillator X1, capacitor groups 2, 3 connected at their first ends to the crystal oscillator X1, and switches SW1-SW4 connected between second ends of the capacitors C4-C7 included in the capacitor groups 2, 3 and a ground potential.
