PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating mat capable of effectively heating a room by improving heat efficiency of the hot water circulated in an inner hole of a tube with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This floor heating mat 10 can be laid on a floor 4 of a building 1, and comprises a mat main body 12 made of resin foam and having a groove 11 formed along its upper face, and a tube 13 fitted in the groove 11 and capable of circulating the hot water 22 in its inner hole.
