PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-mold label which is excellent in workability for manufacture thereof, and is further supplied into a mold block in which the label is formed always accurately and stably at the time of in-mold fabrication without causing defective resin flow in the cavity. SOLUTION: The in-mold label is supplied into the mold block for molding at the time of fabricating a plastic resin container, and is stuck together to a bottom part and a body part of the molding at the same time as the in-mold fabrication, and both edges toward the body parts of the connection parts 3 connecting between the bottom part 1 to the body parts 2 of the in-mold label 10 are formed almost at a right angle to body part lower edges 5. Thus, since both edges toward the body parts of the connection parts 3 connecting between the bottom part to the body parts of the in-mold label are formed almost at a right angle to body part lower edges 5, an accurate punching edge die can be produced in short period of time.
