PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce pressure losses on the side of an gas outlet of a gas meter. SOLUTION: In a structure on the gas outlet side of the gas meter in which an discharge opening (E) of a distribution chamber (16) above measuring chambers (6-9) is connected to the gas outlet (4) of an upper lid (1) via a feed pipe (21), the discharge opening (E) of the distribution chamber (16) is formed more largely in diameter than the gas outlet (4) of the upper lid (1) is, and the feed pipe (21) is formed in such a taper shape as to be gradually reduced in diameter from the side of the discharge opening of the distribution chamber (16) toward the gas outlet side of the upper lid in the pressure loss reduction structure on the gas outlet side of the gas meter.
