PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method of dioxins capable of highly sensitive detection. SOLUTION: This method has the first process wherein a specific wavelength spectrum in each dioxin isomer is acquired relative to a plurality of dioxin isomers having known concentrations, and a plurality of specific wavelengths are selected relative to each acquired specific wavelength spectrum, and a calibration curve for showing a relation between the ion signal quantity in the selected specific wavelength and the dioxin isomer concentration is created in each of all the selected specific wavelengths relative to each dioxin isomer; the second process wherein a sensitivity matrix for showing a relation between the ion signal quantities in the plurality of specific wavelengths and the plurality of dioxin isomer concentrations is created based on the calibration curve of each dioxin isomer created in the first process; and the third process wherein the specific wavelength spectrum of an analysis sample is acquired, and the concentrations of the plurality of dioxin isomers in the analysis sample are quantitated by using the ion signal quantity of the specific wavelength spectrum and the sensitivity matrix acquired in the second process.
