PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print receptive adhesive sheet in which blocking resistance and print receptivity of the surface are mutually compatible. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet comprises a print receptive substrate sheet 10 having print receptivity on the front side thereof, with an adhesive layer 20 and a release sheet 30 being stacked on the back side thereof in this order. The release sheet 30 comprises a front side release layer 31, a release substrate sheet 32 and a back side release layer 33 stacked in this order from the front side. The back side release layer 33 of the release sheet 30 abuts the top of the print receptive substrate sheet 10 when adhesive sheets T overlap. Therefore, when the adhesive sheet T is unwound from a roll (or one sheet is removed from a stack of sheets), the back side of the release sheet 30 is released from the top of the print receptive substrate sheet 10 and the release sheet 30 is separated in a state integrated with the adhesive layer 20.
