摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool an inner section of a printer and to reduce power consumption for a printing operation even when a mechanism for discharging the heat generated in the printer to the outside thereof is not provided. SOLUTION: The heat, generated on power transistors 13<SB>1</SB>, 13<SB>2</SB>in a process that a trapezoidal wave voltage generation circuit forms a trapezoidal wave voltage, is transmitted to an ink tube 9 from a base section 15<SB>1</SB>of a heat sink 15 through a heat radiation fin 15<SB>n</SB>and fastening members 17<SB>1</SB>, 17<SB>2</SB>. The ink flowing in the ink tube 9 is warmed. As the viscosity of the ink can be lowered, it is unnecessary to perform controlling of increasing the amplitude of the trapezoidal wave voltage in the trapezoidal wave voltage generation circuit. It is possible to reduce the power consumption necessary for performing the printing operation by driving a print head 1.
