PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a vacuum forming method of a resin molded product capable of preventing not only undercut at the time of molding but also the deformation of the molded product and the lowering of strength thereof. SOLUTION: The vacuum forming method of the resin molded product has a placing process for placing a resin flat plate on the plane part of a disassemblable mold so that the planer part 12 including a character or figure printed printing part 16 comes into contact with a mold, a heating process for heating the resin flat plate placed on the mold by a heating means, a suction process for sucking the vicinity of the outer edge part of the heated resin flat plate by a suction means to form the same into a curved surface state along the outer shape of the mold, a cooling process for cooling the resin by a cooling means after the completion of the suction process and a mold release process for disassembling the mold after the completion of the cooling process to release the formed resin molded product 10.
