PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a reinforcement cage used for a square cylindrical concrete product is manufactured with a plurality of loop reinforcements, working man-hour is increased as a number of loop reinforcements are set on a jig, and distributing bars are fixed on respective set loop reinforcements. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing the reinforcement cage for the cylindrical concrete product, when the cylindrical concrete product is manufactured, the reinforcement cage 100 arranged in a manufacturing form before a concrete is fed, is manufactured. A ring-like part 11 formed into a square shape by bending a steel material to be a main reinforcement into a specified dimension is held under a condition where respective ring-like parts 11 of a continuous spiral member 1 are separated at specified intervals. The distributing members 2 with the approximately same length as the length of the cylindrical concrete product are arranged so as to intersect respective ring-like parts 11 of the spiral member 1. At the intersecting parts P between the arranged distributing members 2 and the spiral member 1, the distributing members 2 and the spiral member 1 are fixed with each other to manufacture the reinforcement cage.
