PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the slag of poured concrete from seeping on the surface of a decorative plate when a decorative plate pointing precast concrete plate is produced. SOLUTION: The decorative plates 5 made of rectangular plates are placed in a form while the end surfaces on the side of the long sides and the end surfaces on the side of the short sides are contacted with each other. The joining part H on the side of the long sides or the joining part V on the side of the short sides is sealed by a viscous liquid adhesive 8 from its back side, and the joining part on the side of the long sides or the other joining part on the side of the short sides is sealed by an adhesive tape 7. After the curing of the viscous liquid adhesive, concrete is poured to cover the decorative plate and cured to obtain the precast concrete plate with the decorative plate and the concrete integrated.
