Foamable foot care formulation, effective e.g. against hot or cold feet and dry skin, comprising propellant and oil-in-water emulsion containing stabilizer, surfactant, fatty alcohol and nonionic emulsifier

A new formulation (I), for use in foamed form for foot care, comprises (a) an oil-in-water emulsion containing stabilizer(s), surfactant(s), water, fatty alcohol(s), nonionic emulsifier(s) and vegetable oil(s) and (b) a propellant. Independent claims are included for: (A) a container, containing (I) and including a device suitable for foaming (I); (B) a foot care foam, obtained by foaming (I); and (C) the preparation of (I), by separately mixing the components of an aqueous phase and an oil phase, heating to more than 70[deg]C, adding the oil phase to the aqueous phase to give an oil-in-water emulsion, cooling to less than 35[deg]C, adding a third phase and storing the emulsion (a) with a propellant (b).
