The present invention relates to a multimodal linear low density polyethylene composition for the preparation of a pressure pipe. The invention further relates to a pressure pipe, comprising said composition, a process for the manufac­turing of a pipe made of the composition and to a process for the recycling of pipe material consisting of the com­position according to the invention. Furthermore the in­vention relates to the use of the pressure pipe as an ir­rigation pipe, especially a drip irrigation pipe.
