<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic decision processing method for making a person in charge select the next decision destination to forward decision without preliminarily holding any decision forwarding route. <P>SOLUTION: A next decision destination acquisition processing part 15 refers to an assignment information storing part 12 for storing assignment information showing the positioning of assignment on the organization of an office to extract assignment in the same hierarchy as the assignment of the person in charge, and calculates the number of the past conference decision for every extracted assignment from a decision information storing part 13 in which decision information related to the past decision is stored, and displays both the assignment in which the number of conference decision is larger as a conference destination candidate and the next decision destination in normal decision on a display device 19. When the next decision destination is designated by the person in charge, a decision forwarding processing part 16 generates new decision information by setting the assignment and the names of staffs at the next decision destination, and stores it in a decision information storing part 13. A decision processing part 17 executes decision by extracting the decision information from the decision information storing part 13, and requests the processing to the next decision destination acquisition processing part 15 when the decision is not final decision. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
