<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously measure three-dimensional vibration of an edge portion 11a. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration measuring device is equipped with an optical section 21 that scales up or down the images of measurement target domain H including the edge portion 11a of piping 11, a imaging section 22 that photographs images of measurement target domain H, an image-data inputting section 23 that inputs photographed images, an image-data processing section 24 that measures vibration of the edge portion 11a by vibration analysis of the edge portion 11a based on images, a laser range finder 25, having an optical axis nearly parallel to the axis lines of the optical section 21 and the imaging section 22, that measures the distance L to the measurement target domain H, a distance inputting section 26 that inputs the distance L, and a distance data processing section 27 that measures vibration of the edge portion 11a by vibration analysis of the edge portion 11a based on the distance L. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
