<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a head lamp for a vehicle capable of relaxing impact when a collision object is interfered by permitting downward displacement of an engine hood by destroying a mounting bracket of the head lamp by load inputting from approximately above. <P>SOLUTION: A breaking part 13 for breaking a bracket body part 11 by input load of a predetermined value or higher from approximately above is provided on an upper part side bracket 10 for mounting an upper part of the head lamp 1 to a vehicle body side. Thereby, when the collision object is interfered from above the engine hood, since the bracket body part 11 is broken by the breaking part 13, the downward displacement of the engine hood is permitted and the impact energy can be absorbed efficiently. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
