<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a vehicular interior space, and to protect a passenger seated in a seat with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: In a vehicle, a front row seat 7 composed of a driver's seat and a front passenger seat is arranged in the vehicular interior 2 provided with getting on/off doorways 1a, 1b on a side surface and a rear row seat 8 is arranged behind that. The front passenger seat is supported so as to retract from a side position of the driver's seat to a position close to the rear row seat 8.
