PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of processing both of sensible heat load and latent heat load inside a room and easy to secure a place for installation thereof. SOLUTION: The air conditioner 10 is structured of an outdoor unit 11, an indoor unit 12 and a humidity control unit 13. The indoor unit 12 supplies temperature-controlled air into the room. The humidity control unit 13 supplies humidity-controlled air into the room. In the outdoor unit 11, an outdoor circuit 20 provided with a compressor 21 or the like is arranged. In the indoor unit 12, an indoor circuit 35 provided with an indoor heat exchanger 36 is arranged. In the humidity control unit 13, a humidity control circuit 30 provided with two adsorption heat exchangers 31 and 32 or the like is arranged.
