PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe array capable of detecting a target substance with satisfactory reproducibility with simple operation. SOLUTION: In this probe array provided with the first cylindrical member 11, the second cylindrical member 12 stored in a hollow part of the first member 11, and a probe fixed on an outer circumferential face of the second member 12, a spacer part 13a is provided on the outer circumferential face of the second member 12, so as to prevent an inner circumferential face of the first member 11 from contacting with the outer circumferential face of the second member 12.
