PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the intrusion of rainwater into a screw portion of a bleeder screw and the rusting of the screw porion by improving sealing performance between a cap mounting portion of a bleeder cap and the seat surface of an bleeder hole. SOLUTION: The cap mounting portion 4a encircling the lower halves of a shaft portion 3c and a tool hook portion 3e of the bleeder screw 3 has an cylindrical portion 4d having an insertion hole 4e, a large diameter skirt portion 4f, and a mounting flange 4g. The cap body 4b encircling the upper half ranging from a head 3g of a nozzle portion 3f to the tool hook portion 3e has a cap portion 4h having an engagement protruded portion 4j and a thrust stepped portion 4k and an annular leg portion 4i protruded from the outer periphery of the mounting flange 4g to the side of the seat surface and having a thrust portion 4m at the front end. When the cap mounting portion 4a is mounted on a shaft portion 3c and the engagement protruded portion 4j of the cap body 4b is put in engagement with a neck portion 3h, the thrust stepped portion 4k has close contact with the mounting flange 4g to be thrust and the thrust portion 4m pushes the large diameter skirt portion 4f against the seat surface 1b.
