摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a waste heat management device which enhances regeneration efficiencies of the overall waste heat regeneration system, and has favorable suitability for installation by combining two different waste heat with two Rankine cycle circuits. SOLUTION: The waste heat management device is provided with a Rankine cycle circuit 100 for high temperature and a Rankine cycle circuit 200 for low temperature. The Rankine cycle circuit 100 is constituted by connecting a first heat-recovering device 110, a first expander 120, and a first condenser 130 by piping one by one. The first heat-recovering device heat-exchanges the exhaust gas discharged from an engine 10 into a working fluid. Then the Rankine cycle circuit 200 is constituted by connecting a second heat-recovering device 210, a second expander 220, and a second condenser 230 by piping one by one. The second heat-recovering device heat-exchanges the warm water heat in a circuit for cooling water for the engine 10 into the working fluid. Then the Rankine cycle circuit 200 for low temperature is constituted so that it recovers the heat dissipated by the first condenser 130 and the warm water heat in the circuit for cooling water by the second heat-recovering device 210.
