PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging structure of a panel which hangs a panel constituting a partition device from a ceiling and installs a large panel whose height is more than several meters without causing buckling phenomenon. SOLUTION: A ceiling rail 20 is fitted to a ceiling beam 2 and a ceiling hook 4 is provided on the ceiling rail 20. A panel hook 3 fitted to an upper end of the panel is engaged with the ceiling hook 4 and is hung, a lower end of the panel is sandwiched with both side pieces 14, 14 of a floor rail 12 installed on a floor surface.
