PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nut holder, realizing double-nut fastening in one-sided work only from the bolt side in bolt fastening work requiring a nut. SOLUTION: A nut mounting hole B1 for mounting the nut and a bolt hole B3 for passing a bolt are formed to be stepped in the central part of a bush member 11 formed of an elastic material, and a fixed screw plate 12 is fitted to the end face of the bolt hole B3 side of the bush member 11. A commercial nut N1 is mounted in the nut mounting hole B1, and the mounted nut N1 is positioned with a nut holder 10A in a predetermined part of a bolted base metal M2. The bolt M1 screwed in from the opposite side to the bolted base metal M2 is engaged with both of the mounted nut N1 and the fixed screw plate 12 fixed to the bush member 11. When the mounted nut N1 causes corotation, the relative rotation causing the nut N1 and the fixed screw plate 12 to approach each other is generated between the nut N1 and the fixed screw plate 12, whereby double nut fastening is realized with a part (g) of the bush member 11 held between them.
