PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which contains a thermoplastic polymer with a lactone ring, as a necessary molecular component, and has an excellent property to be molded into a film, a sheet and the like. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises a thermoplastic polymer (A) with a lactone ring structure as a necessary molecular constituting element and a thermoplastic polymer (B) consisting of a structural unit derived from an unsaturated monomer represented by formula (1), wherein the above polymer (A) and the above polymer (B) are in a mixed state.
