PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of an apparatus and to reduce facility costs and running costs. SOLUTION: When a dolly is driven while being guided by rails 31 and 32 in the curved parts 31a and 32a of an oval endless moving course 5, the dolly positioned on the side of a ground is linked to a carrier 37 driven along the curved parts 31a and 32a.
