PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwear type disposable diaper where discharge of a wearer or SAP, pulp, etc. contained in an absorber are prevented from flowing out to the outside from the opening etc. of the underwear and which does not prevents free movements of the wearer. SOLUTION: An absorbable main body 5 is formed of at least: a liquid-permeable top sheet 2; a liquid-impermeable sheet 7; and the absorber 4 with pulp material interposed between the sheets as main components. A discharge housing pocket 13 is formed on the top sheet 2 of a three-dimensional gather 8 standing from the top sheet 2 on both side parts of the absorbable main body 5.
