PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic diagnostic equipment reducing the cost, being miniaturized and saving power by reducing a circuit area on silicon, or a semiconductor board. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic diagnostic equipment controls to delay a receiving signal by a receiving delay circuit and displays an ultrasonic tomogram. This equipment is characterized in having a current mirror circuit formed by connecting a plurality of MOS FETs 33, 37, 38 and 39 by a current mirror structure as the receiving delay circuit and switches 36 and 40 connected between the gates of the MOS FETs 33, 37, 38 and 39 of the current mirror circuit; and transmitting to delay an ultrasonic receiving signal by turning on/off the switches 36 and 40.
