Cigarette filter tubes with grooved tube edge of 5-6 mm depth for introduction of tobacco tubes

The filter tubes are made with a groove in a circular or square shape at the edge. Along its long side the groove must be the same length as the diameter of the paper filter tubes. The deepest point of the groove measured from the edge, should not exceed 8mm, with a preferred thickness of 5 to 6mm. Tobacco tubes or "Tabak Stix" (RTM) or "Rollies" (RTM) are put in helped by the grooves acting as 'funnels'. The groove is put in directly opposite the paper tube seam and the paper must be stiffened in this spot.
