PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically synchronize user information managed by an OS such as Windows (R) with user information managed by a job account system.

SOLUTION: In a job management device, the job account system comprises: client computers 1010, 1020; a base server computer 1030 being a job management device; and a printer 1040 having a job history holding function for holding a job history. When the user information which is managed by the domain of an operation system having reliable relation with a domain where the base server computer 1030 exists is added or deleted, the information is immediately or periodically reflected on the user information which is managed by the job account system.
