<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electrode plate capable of preventing the generation of defects such as a seam, a blok and a lump, and to provide a nonaqueous electrolyte battery excellent in quality and productivity having an anode manufactured by the method. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery formed by applying anode slurry containing an anode activator capable of storing and releasing a lithium ion, a thickener, and a binder on an anode current collector, comprises a removing process removing the undissolved thickener by making the solution of the thickener pass through a dispersion device 10 equipped with a filter screen 14, a slurry production process producing the anode slurry by adding and mixing the anode activator and the binder into the thickener solution from which the undissolved thickener is removed, and a process of applying the slurry produced at the slurry production process on the anode current collector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
