<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overtime work application approval support processing method for reducing the workload of a person in charge of approval while verifying dishonest applications. <P>SOLUTION: As regards the application of an overtime work application storage part 111, an automatic approval condition decision processing part 112 defines the application as an automatic approval object when the automatic approval conditions of the automatic approval condition storage part 103 are satisfied, and defines the application as a manual approval object in the other case. An automatic approval rate decision processing part 113 changes the application of the automatic approval object to the manual approval object at a fixed rate based on the automatic approval rate of an automatic approval rate storage part 106, and when the application right before the application is the automatic approval object, an automatic approval distribution processing part 114 changes the application to the manual approval object. The application of the manual approval object is stored in a manual approval stand-by application storage part 117.
