<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an issuing machine capable of vending an IC card having an excellent effect on a card price, with regard to the issuing machine for issuing an IC card available as a train ticket for a ticket examination machine installed in a railroad station or the like. <P>SOLUTION: As one embodiment of the present invention, the issuing machine comprises: an acceptance means (122) for accepting inputs of information corresponding to a destination and the number of users; settlement means (113, 114) for settling accounts based on the information accepted by the acceptance means; and an issuing means (112) for issuing an IC card which is valid only on the date of issuance, storing information which is utilized to judge a ticket examination, specifying a zone of effective boarding, and information indicating the number of users based on the information accepted by the acceptance means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
