<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection surface for biosensors used for a surface plasmon resonance analysis in which the variations in a signal change at a position in a chip are small. <P>SOLUTION: The biosensor made of a substrate coated with a hydrophobic highly polymerized compound by spincoating has a functional group for immobilizing a physiologically active substance on the uppermost surface on the substrate, and analyzes the interaction between biomoleculars by surface plasmon resonance.
