PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device providing help operations and operation guidance in appropriate order.

SOLUTION: Help display history information indicating a history of how help functions and operation guidance have been used is formed and stored. The help display history information is referred to so as to appropriately set the order of providing help information and operation guidance in the communication terminal device, thereby to greatly improve the user-friendliness of the help information and operation guidance in the communication terminal device.
