MANUFACTURE METHOD FOR VACUUM HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL, VACUUM HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL, AND HEAT INSULATOR MOUNTING VACUUM HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make vacuum heat insulation material, especially glass wool core material, reusable when recycling a product equipped with the vacuum heat insulation material comprising the core material of glass wool.

SOLUTION: The core material 5 is taken from waste of the vacuum heat insulation material 3 in which the core material made of glass wool is vacuum-packed with gas barrier type covering material. The core material 5 is then vacuum-packed with new gas barrier type covering material to manufacture a new vacuum heat insulation material 7. The core material made of glass wool can thus be reused to manufacture the new vacuum heat insulation material without deteriorating its performance or grade. Environmental loads can be reduced.
