PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge pump system DC/DC converter in which an inrush current is reduced at the time of starting without having an effect on the output current supply capacity. SOLUTION: A current limit circuit 1 is provided between an input DC voltage source Vin and a capacitor C1. A control circuit 2 controls operation such that a current Iin from an input DC voltage source Vin flows into the current limit circuit 1 at the time of starting a DC/DC converter thus limiting a current flowing through the capacitor C1.
