PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential voltage controlling oscillator which has good phase noise characteristics and can change an oscillation frequency in a wide frequency range. SOLUTION: The differential voltage controlling oscillator 100 is provided with a parallel resonance circuit 100a and a negative resistance circuit 130 connected in parallel to the parallel resonance circuit 100a. A high-frequency switching circuit 140 includes a first high-frequency signal reducing portion connected between a control voltage terminal 147 and a first switching element 143 and a second high-frequency signal reducing portion connected between the control voltage terminal 147 and a second switching element 144.
