PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing chip for a micro-TAS reduced in vibration or pulsation, transporting a sample solution continuously, reduced in size, having high resolving power and simple in structure, and provide a handy analyzer high in speed and low consumption power. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic drive part for driving a solution, an electrical sample drive part having a split electrode for driving ions, an ultraviolet light emitting diode for ionizing a substance to be detected and an ion detection part of ISFET are provided to one microcapillary part formed on the same substrate.
