PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture efficiently even when a material which is difficult to be extruded such as B-Al material is used. SOLUTION: This basket 1a for recycle fuel assembly storage has a constitution equipped with square pipe steels 3 arrayed in the lattice shape for storing the recycle fuel assemblies inside, square pipe steels 20 for spacers arranged between each square pipe steel 3 for storage and abutting on the outside surfaces of the square pipe steels 3 for storage, and support members 10 with square-shaped sections arranged on the square part outside of the square pipe steels 3 for storage. The support member 10 is provided with a through hole penetrating in the longitudinal direction, and fulfills a flux trapping function together with the square pipe steel 20 for the spacer.
