PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and accurate quantitative method of phosphatidyl inositol. SOLUTION: This measuring method of the phosphatidyl inositol includes a process for immobilizing the phosphatidyl inositol included in a sample onto a solid phase, a process for bringing a phosphatidyl inositol binding protein into contact with the immobilized phosphatidyl inositol and forming a conjugate between the phosphatidyl inositol and the phosphatidyl inositol binding protein, a process for bringing the conjugate into contact with a labeling protein and forming a labeled conjugate, and a process for measuring the label quantity in the labeled conjugates.
