PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small spot ventilation device with simple structure, solving the problem of a spot suction device requiring not only an exhausting ventilation device but also an air-feed ventilation device for blocking dirt air to be exhausted and having complex structure and large product size since in the spot suction device, a space to be spot-sucked is blocked by outdoor air discharged by the air-feed ventilation device, and the dirt indoor air of the space blocked by the exhausting ventilation device is efficiently sucked and exhausted outdoor. SOLUTION: This spot suction device has a rotating suction louver 2 and comprises a suction port 1 for sucking air flow on the suction louver 2. When sucking air flow, the suction port 1 is rotated. Thereby, sucked air flow is turned, the air-feed ventilation device for blocking the dirt air to be exhausted is not required, the dirt air to he exhausted can be efficiently sucked, and the structure can be simplified and downsized.
