PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the effect of mist by increasing the mist delivering capacity into a room by solving weakness that the quantity of mist is reduced as the mist sprayed from a mist nozzle is immediately sucked from an air suction port in a heating device with a mist generating function. SOLUTION: The air suction port 22 is formed on an upper part of a heating device main body 12, a warm air blowout port 23 is formed on a lower part, and the warm air is blown out from the warm air blowout port 23. The mist nozzle 25 is mounted on a position lower than the warm air blowout port 23 at a lower face side of the heating device main body 12, and the discharging direction B of the hot water or the water sprayed from the mist nozzle 25 and the discharging direction A of the warm air blown out from the warm air blowout port 23 are intersected to each other. The mist discharged from the mist nozzle 25 is blown to an indoor side by the warm air blown out from the warm air blowout port 23, and hardly sucked by the air suction port 22.
