PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing sealing device for actualizing stable intrusion preventing effects against foreign matters. SOLUTION: The rolling bearing sealing device 7 comprises a seal lip 9 having an inside slide contact lip 92a extending to the axial inside and having slide contact with a side face 31a provided on the radial outside at the axial end of an inner ring 3 perpendicularly to the axial direction and a slinger 10 to be rotated with the inner ring 3 for auxiliarily preventing the entry of foreign matters into an annular opening portion A formed between inner and outer rings. The slinger 10 has a cylindrical portion 10a extending to the axial direction in the state of being internally fitted to a peripheral groove 32 formed in the radial inside at the axial end of the inner ring 3 and a flange portion 10b extending from the axial outside end of the cylindrical portion 10a along the axial end face of the inner ring 3 to the radial outside.
