摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifreezing device capable of preventing the other water supply/hot water supply tubes from being frozen even if a pipe temperature sensor is fitted to a specific hot water supply tube and the hot water tube is supplying hot water when antifreezing bands are installed on the co-existing water supply/hot water supply tubes and the antifreezing bands are simultaneously energized and controlled by the pipe temperature sensor. SOLUTION: In the energization and control of the plurality of antifreezing bands 3a and 3b formed of electric heaters, an energization control part 4 in a normal mode energizes and controls the electric heaters when the atmospheric temperature is equal to or less than a predetermined temperature and the temperature detected by the pipe temperature sensor 5 is equal to or less than an energization start temperature. When the temperature reaches an energization stop temperature it stops the energization. The energization control part 4 in a hot water supply mode alternately repeats the predetermined energization time and the energization stop time until the temperature detected by the pipe temperature sensor reaches the energization stop temperature or below when the atmospheric temperature is equal to or less than the predetermined temperature, the temperature detected by the pipe temperature sensor 5 is equal to or more than the energization stop temperature, or the change rate of the detected temperature is equal to or more than the predetermined value or higher.
